AEG is proud to announce that the 2013 South American Championship will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on November 2nd, 2013.
South American Championship: The Tides of Battle
Although many samurai hope for peace among the clans, there are those whose spirits are never satisfied until the opportunity to wage war against their lord’s enemies presents itself, affording them the chance to kill and die in the name of honor and bushido. Despite the chaos plaguing the Empire and its Colonies, there are times that honor demands satisfaction, and cannot be put aside, no matter the enormity of the tasks looming before the whole of Rokugan.
The winning faction of this event will see their clan embroiled in a new (or perhaps ongoing, due to the identity of the clans) conflict with the clan chosen by the winner of the Pacific Rim Championship. The winner may select an existing personality to serve as the commander of the clan’s forces. The winner of the South American Championship will determine the location where the conflict takes place between the clan forces in the Colonies, whereas the Pacific Rim Championship winner will determine what location within the Empire itself will be the site of the major battle between the two.
