Greetings Samurai of Rokugan!
I want to take this opportunity to announce a change to the previous
deadline for 2014 Kotei Applications which was to end on Friday,
November 22nd, 2013.
Effective immediately the deadline has been extended to 11:59pm PST on Monday, December 2nd, 2013.
This is to extend the time frame for any Tournament Organizers to
apply, and to allow the coming announcement of the 2014 Floor Rules to
be reviewed by current Tournament Organizers who may have already
applied. The stated announcement will be revealed within the coming
days, so please check www.L5R.com periodically over that time frame.
