From Japanime Games
We
have been waiting on new info from the manufacturer regarding the
Frigost token sets that have still not arrived...and the most recent
report on this is that we will not receive them until the end of June at
the earliest. We are now planning on officially releasing Frigost at
the A-kon Anime Convention in Dallas on June 5th!
We
didn't want to make all of our Kickstarter Backers wait that long to
receive your games, so we have decided that we are going to ship
everything we have now, and the delayed items will ship out as soon as
they arrive.
The missing items are currently:
Frigost Tokens and Terrain
Yech'ti XXL Figure
Count Harebourg XXL Figure
The Not Mines board
Foil Cards
Yech'ti XXL Figure
Count Harebourg XXL Figure
The Not Mines board
Foil Cards
Everything
else is in our warehouse - and we have already started preparations for
getting those goods out of our warehouse and on the way to you! Now, if
you don't have any of the aforementioned items coming to you, then your
shipment will be sent in full. If you do have any of those items coming
to you, they will be shipping to you as soon as they all arrive. Again,
this is just the latest word from the manufacturer, but the most
important thing is that we are getting the game out to you now.
This
may be of concern to our international backers as they won't want to
deal with multiple incoming shipments - and we definitely understand. We
are going to start by sending out domestic shipments this week, and we
will notify all of our international backers that are not being shipped
in full right now about this shipping plan via email. We will want you
to let us know if you want the shipment to go out in 2 waves, or if you
would rather have us hold everything until it is all available.
We
want to thank you for your patience, and although this is going to cost
a lot of money to split this into two different shipments like this, we
know that you will appreciate it - and we want to keep our biggest fans
happy!
Frigost
is on the way soon, and so are Prize Kits - make sure to have your
local stores contact our Head Judge and Organized Play manager, Rich
Gain, at op@japanimegames.com. He is getting stores around the country
set up with Organized Play Prize Kits for tournaments, and although the
Prize Kits will only be available in a limited supply to begin with, we
expect to have plenty of kits available in the next month! Rich will be
coming to most of our conventions to run Krosmaster Regional
Tournaments, and you will get a chance to play against him to win a Gold
Terminatot promo!
We
are receiving a small airfreight shipment of OP Kits #1-4 that will be
arriving very soon, and there will be an ocean freight shipment coming
about a month later of many more Prize Kits. Have your retailers contact us right away to sign up!
