I bear grave tidings. A shadow has fallen over our allies, the Naga (are they actually “our allies” at this point in the story?) An evil force, the Dark Naga, has arisen among them, attempting to bend this noble entire race to its sinister thrall. As part of its vile schemes, it has dispatched infiltrators to steal the Legality Bugs from Shabura’s card. Despite their best efforts, our guards were unable to prevent them from accomplishing their mission and Shabura’s Legality Bugs are gone. Accordingly, I now proclaim that, as of September 1, 2014, Shabura will be legal for both Ivory and Ivory 2 play.
This grave dishonor must not stand. All samurai of Rokugan must join together to battle the threat of the Dark Naga. We will make our stand at the Second City. For the Empire and its glorious Empress!
