In addition to all the games being played, the expo also featured tournaments, how-to sessions, a zombie “un-murder” mystery, and several panels, including one on game design that Anne-Marie and I were kindly included in. It was great to be able to answer questions and give out a little advice from all the things we’ve learned on our crazy journey.

Fireside Games Press Release - T.A.B.L.E. Was a Blast!
From the Fireside Games Website
Last weekend had us up in Dallas for the first ever Tabletop and Boardgame Learning Expo.
The expo was created as a way to expose non-gamers to all the fun that
our hobby has to offer. We saw lots of new faces and a few old friends
as we played demos with hundreds of other gamers.

Fireside Games Press Release - T.A.B.L.E. Is This Weekend!
From the Fireside Games Website
This weekend marks the first ever T.A.B.L.E. event in Dallas, Texas, and Fireside Games is excited to be a part of it!
T.A.B.L.E. is the brainchild of our friend Tiffany Franzoni, the owner of the Roll2Play game store, which was one of the great stops on our big WXSW tour last year. Here’s the interview we did with Tiffany while we were in her store.
T.A.B.L.E. stands for “Tabletop and Boardgame Learning Expo,” and the idea behind it is to bring together an audience that isn’t all that familiar with gaming and expose them to what a great time our hobby can be. As you might imagine, this is right up our alley. Tiffany has done an amazing job gathering great guests such as Steve Jackson, Kevin Nunn, and Keith Baker as well as spreading the word on this unique event.
