Z-Man Games Press Release - Pandemic: The Cure - Distribution Issue

Alliance Game Distributors and Z-Man Games have heard your concerns regarding the release of Pandemic: The Cure to stores in the US, and we wanted to take this opportunity to communicate an update.
Z-Man’s production partner, Panda Games based in China, had a delay in the production of the custom dice for Pandemic: The Cure, which caused a delay in the shipping of the product to North America. Z-Man Games and Alliance discussed the issue and made a decision to complete the assembly of the games in North America. Z-Man Games and Alliance worked closely together, adding the dice to the boxes before shipping the product to stores.

Nearly 15 years after it’s original release, Carcassonne is back with an entire new look and luster. This new edition – nicknamed Carcassonne 2.0 – has been entirely redesigned, inside and out.
With new amazing cover art by our very own Chris Quilliams and beautifully designed tiles by Anne Pätzke, Carcassonne will appeal to newcomers and die-hard fans alike. Fear not, the back of the tiles remain the same, so this edition is fully compatible with previously released expansions.
This edition includes the River expansion as well as a new mini-expansion: The Abbot.

In the small East Frisian village of Arle on the verge of the 18th century, your family must take care of numerous tasks: dehydrate the moot, plow the farmland, and breed the animals. Improving your craftsmanship in the village and constructing the appropriate buildings will be invaluable.
Turn by turn, assign various tasks to the members of your family while keeping an eye open for the changing seasons. Use your vehicles to trade resources with others and upgrade your goods.

Nominated for the prestigious Spiel des Jahres this year, we are proud to announce we will be publishing the English edition of Camel Up!
In Camel Up, up to eight players bet on five racing camels, trying to guess which one will win the race around the pyramid. The earlier you place your bet, the more you can win; that is, if you guess is correct! The movement of the camels depends on how the dice come out of the pyramid dice shaker, which releases one die at a time. Prepare for a camel race like none other!

Z-Man Games Press Release - Fairy Tale – The Egg of Chaos

The Egg of Chaos is a great new addition to the new edition of Fairy Tale that will be available April 9th!
The Egg of Chaos is somewhat a Joker, it counts as three other cards: Homesteaders, Mischievous Fairy and Children of the Dragon. It is also worth 2 points on its own.
The three cards the Egg can become score points for the number accumulated on the table, so having an Egg of Chaos to add to that number is quite interesting. However, you will not score the Egg of Chaos as if it were one of those three cards. For example, if you have 2 Mischievous Fairies and 1 Egg of Chaos, you would score 8 points. The Egg is not scored as a Mischievous Fairy card, it simply adds to the total number of cards for their scoring. So in this situation, you will gain 3 points for each of your 2 Mischievous Fairies since you have “3” Mischievous Fairy cards with the Egg of Chaos. You will also gain 2 points for you Egg of Chaos.
